Who we are. MissionShield is a specialty of Pembroke Insurance (The Ponto Group LLC dba Pembroke Insurance Solutions, CA Broker License #20790267), 7040 Avenida Encinas, Suite 104-228, Carlsbad, CA 92011. This notice covers the MissionShield website.
What we collect. Only what you type into the Contract Insurance Check or the contact form: your name, role, email, optional phone, your organization's name, location, and a short description of its operations, the insurance requirement or question you want reviewed, and your answers to a few optional operational questions. We ask you not to include client or patient records, claim narratives, Social Security numbers, or medical information, and we do not accept file uploads on this site.
How we use it. To respond to your request, assess whether we can help, confirm scope and timing, and provide advisory services if you proceed. We may also send a short email confirming that we received your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Where it goes. When you submit a form, your entries are sent to Pembroke Insurance by email and a copy is stored, for reconciliation, for up to 365 days on Cloudflare infrastructure. Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider acting on our behalf. Information about your request is then kept in Pembroke's client records in accordance with its record-keeping obligations as a licensed insurance agency.
What we don't do. This site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. Your form entries are held in your browser's memory only while you are on the page; they are not written to your device and clear when you leave.
Your choices. You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing [email protected] or calling (760) 487-8268. We will honor the request except where a record must be retained for insurance regulatory reasons.
