Who operates this site. MissionShield is a specialty of Pembroke Insurance (The Ponto Group LLC dba Pembroke Insurance Solutions), CA Broker License #20790267, a California insurance agency. MissionShield is not an insurer.
General information only. The content on this site, including the resource guides and the illustrative example report, is general information for California nonprofits and human-services organizations. It is not legal advice, a coverage determination, a certification of any agreement, or a guarantee of how an insurer will respond to a claim. Insurance requirements depend on the wording of your agreement; policy terms govern coverage.
The Contract Insurance Check. Submitting a request asks a licensed Pembroke advisor to review it. Submitting a request does not create an advisory, brokerage, or insurance relationship by itself, and does not obligate Pembroke to perform a review. The advisor confirms fit, scope, the documents needed, any applicable fee, and timing before work begins. A review addresses only the requirements and documents evaluated.
Your submissions. You agree to submit only information you are authorized to share and to exclude client or patient records, claim narratives, Social Security numbers, and medical information. Do not use the forms to report a claim or an emergency.
No obligation to move your insurance. You may share review findings with your current broker. Any placement of insurance through Pembroke is a separate decision, documented separately.
Availability. The site is provided as is. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
